MISSING COSTUMES?

Thanks to my girl, I've been enlightened to this video.  I am not one to venture out and know each and every costume in all the bands in Trinidad because frankly, that's just too much work and its not in my interest. I already know where I will be playing mas until I decide to stop playing altogether so look, I may.  Check out colors and contrasts, will do.  Even look to see which ones I'd do or not do in the band, definitely!!  If you look close to this Wonderful You commercial though, you could see EVERY carnival band (those you'd consider the beads, bikini and feather bands) display their costumes. All except ONE! Can you figure it out?
