We have shifted the date to the Saturday 18th because our friends at Harts asked us in light of their band launch being on the 17th. Both launches were scheduled for Chaguaramas and this would result in increased costs for permits, police, traffic management, etc. not to mention the media and other resources would be split trying to accommodate both events.
We have decided to do our media launch at Flair the Restaurant on the 17th from 6 to 8pm so then the media can go cover the Harts launch.
Our launch party will be on the 18th at the Queen's Park Oval. Yes it is a cooler party and there will be some level of couples tickets at discounted prices for our past and loyal masqueraders. (the price will be finalised tomorrow and tickets will be released tomorrow).
Our communications team is currently preparing the releases and info blasts so that people get the correct messages. Unfortunately some folks have jumped the gun and released ahead of time.
