TALKS OF NEW BAND FOR MIAMI CARNIVAL!!

The new Small Island band trying to get in on the Miami Carnival scene is Spectacular Carnival Troupe.  The people from this band are originally from St Thomas and are extremely excited to get their truck on the road.  Speaking of truck on the road, the truck they've gotten booked is certainly NOT new to the scene I AM however, I'm wondering how that infamous band lost that!  Once a band has a truck/DJ on the road, that's kinda it.  You seldom see changes. I'm sure there's a story to uncover (should any of my readers know it, dish it) lol.

I wish all involved the very best because it has been noted that beginning 2013, ALL NEW BANDS pay a fee that has more than TRIPLED the fees from previous years.  I'm guessing this is a way to discourage new bands from registering.  We will see..  To view a little of what Spectacular has to offer, you can view their website at SPECTACULAR CARNIVAL TROUPE and on their Facebook page at Spectacular Carnival Troupe's Facebook Page.
