Firstly, let me apologize to the public for taking so long to personally address you. The events that took place over this past weekend has by far been one of the most devastating things I have had to deal with and to be honest, I have never dealt with a situation like this before. The event canboulay is an event we have always taken pride in and we all know the enormous hype and buzz that this event has created since day one. The outcome of this past weekend was one we never expected. We do admit to having slight hiccups along the way, due to the size and hype of this event, however we never expected to be dealing with circumstances such as what took place this past weekend.

We want you to know we are feverishly working on a refund plan to patrons who are still holding tickets. Please bear with us . Due to the amount of people that we need to refund tickets to, we need to do this in an orderly fashion. Therefore we won't have any replays of what took place on Sunday. I kindly ask that you be patient with us so we can have this situation resolved before the weekend.

We also want to apologize about the ruckus that took place outside Pulse 48...it became totally out of control and completely out of our hands. My heartfelt apologies to the patrons who were holding tickets and could not get inside. To all the people who came from out of town, to the people who took time off from work etc, we also apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

To everyone that came out on Sunday and had a great time, we thank you so much for being patient and understanding and having faith in the situation, although it didn't go as planned as we wanted it to.

We do understand that It takes a lot to produce an event like this and although we are still learning and we know that everything will not always go as planned; it was never our intention to have such results as this past weekend.

Again, I apologize to anyone that felt offended and still feels offended. I am really beyond devastated and I sincerely apologize.

I, Hyper Leon and the Canboulay team will do everything in our power to take care of this situation as soon as possible.

Those that werent purchased at an outlet please email Canboulayrefunds@gmail.com. Kindly provide your contact information as well as the price on the tickets, as we will be refunding that exact amount upon exchange.
