After the weekend I've had, I couldn't wait to get the review together for you but I was stopped dead in my tracks. You all know that I've been keeping up with the health of Bobbi Kristina Brown and I've learned that she has passed away. I believe this post took preference over everything else over the weekend. May she sleep in peace.
"DEAD AT 22: Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of music legend Whitney Houston and R&B artist Bobby Brown, has died after being in hospice care for more than a month, Entertainment Tonight reports.
The five-month medical ordeal began Jan. 31, when Brown was found unresponsive in her bathtub. She was rushed to the hospital and later put on a ventilator. Doctors then put Brown into a medically-induced coma and kept watch over her for nearly two months.
When news broke of Brown being moved into a rehabilitation center in March, many believed it was a positive sign for the 22-year-old's health. That ended after the family put Brown in hospice care last month.
Brown was the sole heir to Whitney Houston's financial throne, reportedly valued at upwards of $115 million.
Unconfirmed sources indicated Brown had an apparent drug overdose when she was found in the bathtub, just days before the three-year anniversary of Houston's death.
In that case, Houston was also found unresponsive in a bathtub after an apparent cocaine overdose, eerily similar to the way Brown was found.
